Metallic Grandma? What’s that? A geriatric rock band? Nope! I jokingly call myself the Metallic Grandma because I’m a hyper realistic acrylic painter of things made of metal (cars, trucks, airplanes). I’m also a proud grandma of two brilliant grandsons. I love to add special touches to commission work and have sold while exhibiting at the Victoria Art League gallery. You may also see an occasional seascape or two. Don’t like paintings? I will have my published Christian devotional, Tattered Legacy, on hand to help you understand what your legacy is all about!
One of my favorite things is watching the connection people make with one of my paintings. I hear lots of stories! And of course, it’s wonderful to see a painting go to a new home where it brings a smile everyday. It also fills my heart when someone drops by that has read Tattered Legacy and tells me what it has meant to them. So drop on by during the Artwalk. I’d love to meet you!
